A sales information memorandum for Oak Springs, an agricultural property located on the Darling Downs, Queensland. Completed for JLL, this project involved developing a distinct identity for the property's sales campaign. The logo mark is symbolic of the rolling landscapes of the Darling Downs, and the colour scheme is intended to bring to mind the richness of the farmland and surrounding forests in the region. The typography is intentionally a departure from what would traditionally be seen in similar documents for Agribusiness, intended to be modern, wholesome and approachable.
